   Excitement is in the air as Northland High School gets ready to celebrate their annual Sno Daze Jan. 21 - 25. The staff and students will participate in various events and dress-up days.

   The week will kick off Tuesday with “Twin Day” where students wear matching outfits with friends. That night the boys basketball team will host Cromwell-Wright with the Junior High and JV game beginning at 5:45 p.m. and Varsity playing at 7:15 p.m. The girls Storm also will see action and travel to Greenway with action beginning at 5:45 p.m. for 7th and 8th grade and JV and 7:15 p.m. for Varsity.

   Wednesday will be “Camo Day” with students trying to blend in with nature. The annual Budrow Dodgeball Tournament will take place that night from 6 - 8 p.m.

   Thursday’s dress-up theme is “Hawaiian Day” with student’s dressing like they are on a trip to Hawaii. The girls Storm will host Cherry in Remer with 7th grade and JV games beginning at 5:45 p.m.; 8th grade game at 6:45 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. for Varsity.  

   Friday will be “Pink Out Day” with everyone decking out in Pink. At 10:30 a.m. everyone will head to the elementary gym for the coronation of the Sno Daze King and Queen. That evening the boys basketball team will host Deer River with Jr. High and JV beginning at 5:45 p.m. and Varsity staring at 7:15 p.m. This year the Sno Daze Dance will again be held on Saturday from 5 to 9 p.m. in the Commons with dinner, dancing and games. 

   With lots of basketball games happening this week, come out and cheer on the Storm and Eagles!
