The baseball game played at Federal Dam Sunday was a bum game and the score was 12 to 3 in favor of Boy River.
Walter Smith, county missionary, preached at the Boe Schoolhouse on Sunday.
Gertrude and Mae Kline spent the weekend in Trelipe with home folks and returned to Longville to attend school.

Mr. and Mrs. Sherwood of Cedar Falls, Iowa have come to Longville to prepare their resort, Bertinerma, on Lake Inguadona.
The gentlemen of the Longville Community Church have been laying a sidewalk in front of the church.
The Longville Rod and Gun Club met Tuesday to plan for the 4th of July celebration.

Onigum Point Restaurant will have a bullhead fry on May 17th with fry bread and wild rice.

Ted Adamek, April 14, 1922 - May 8, 1999, died in St. Paul. He served with the 101st Airborne Division in WWII. He married Shirley Amos and they retired to Longville in 1984.
Samantha Spaeth, 3rd grade student at Remer Elementary, was named a national finalist in the “Most Humorous” category for her entry in the annual Music K-8 magazine cover coloring contest.
A wedding shower for Karen Pierce, bride to be of Scott Carpenter, will be held May 22nd at the Longville Fire Hall.
