   The Northland Lions Club of Remer is offering scholarships to current year graduating students of Northland High School. The Lions initiated this Scholarship Program in 2021 in honor of Howard Prushek, a former Lions member, educator at Northland Schools, and community leader. The application deadline is May 1, 2024. Information regarding the scholarship application process may be obtained by contacting Mr. Scott Peterson, Northland High School Counselor, at 218-566-2351 extension 32017.

   The Northland Lions Club will also gratefully accept donations to the Howard Prushek Scholarship Fund. Donations may be mailed to Northland Lions Club, PO Box 241, Remer, MN 56672.
