The Otis Wordell family has typhoid fever and the Fred Gero and August Toffle families have scarlet fever at Boy River.
Ernie Siltman finished hauling hay for his father at Pontoria and returned to Wabedo.
Claud Mc Vay, Chas. Sanford, and Alex Gilmer are busy putting up ice.
Several children had to miss school at Kego due to Pink Eye.

There is a card party at the Boy River school on January 22. Proceeds will go to the basketball team.
Dale Aultman and Beverly Cable flew down from Bemidji and landed on Turtle Lake and gave his siblings rides in the plane.

Mr. and Mrs. Frank DeLong and family, Mr. and Mrs. Cliff King were supper guests at the Durwood King home in Blind Lake.
Some sidewalks in Remer are slippery and not plowed. Mayor Vernon Chenevert had all the walks plowed.
The Northland Eagles won all but two matches on the way to their 47-7 win over Pequot Lakes Monday night.

Trelipe Lake Assoc. have charged Minnesota Six Cellular with constructing a tower west of Upper Trelipe without the proper construction permits.
Melissa Schultz, daughter of Werner and Janice Schultz of Remer, is studying at the U of St. Thomas and will study abroad this spring.
