  Jewel Margaret Willford was raised in the small town of Canton, MN. She married the love of her life Julian Arnquist in 1953, and they settled down in South St. Paul. After raising their two sons, she became a tour guide for Jefferson Bus Lines and traveled all over the country. Jewel was very proud that she had been in all 50 states!

   Summers were spent at their cabin on Half Moon Lake in Wisconsin where they entertained frequently. Jewel loved getting together with friends and was known to be quite the character.

   In 2015, they moved to Longville to be close to their family. She passed away peacefully just 6 months after Julian. Jewel will be missed by those she left behind: her sons Tim (Kit) and Erik (Laurie), many friends and the great staff at May Creek in Walker.
