   The Bob Savre Senior Men’s League had 37 golfers forming 10 teams show up to play the game of the day “3 Low Net Scores on Each Hole”  at Longbow Golf Club.

   League results for August 8 are:

   First place team, with a 197 included: Ernie Pulido, 67; Randy Noecker, 71; Jim Lewis, 72 and Jim Ernst, 79.

   Second place, with a 199, went to the team that included: Dale Hillstrom, 69; Danny Divot, 71; Neil Mandsager, 72 and Harland Johnson, 77.

   Third place team, with a 201 included: Willie Wedge, 72; Craig Severson, 73; Mike Haining, 74 and Dave Klosner, 74.

   Fourth place, with a 203, went to the team of Ray Zittlow, 72; Steve Johnson, 73; Tim Klosner, 74 and Dave Fox, 78.

   Fifth place, with a score of 204, went to the team including: Tim Bykowski, 72; Mark Michols, 73; Brad Duhr, 77 and Bob Vaughn, 79.

   Mike Olson took home low gross of the day with his 76. Low net went to Doug Hoopman with his 91-26=65.

   tom Novak was closest to the pin on No. 12, at 8’ 3”, with Jan Pyzik being closest to the pin on No. 17, at 6’ 5”. Doug Hoopman had the longest putt on No. 9, while Dale Hillstrom had the longest putt on No. 15. 

   Chip-ins were made by Mike Haining for a birdie and Paul Dennie for a bogey..
