Father Joseph Fink welcomed as new Pastor

   Bishop Daniel J. Felton of the Diocese of Duluth has announced that Father Joseph Fink, a recently retired priest from the Archdiocese of St. Paul/ Minneapolis has agreed to be Priest Sacramental Minister through the summertime, both at St. Edward’s of Longville and St. Paul’s of Remer.

   Earlier this year Father Keith Bertram  requested and received a medical leave of absence, at which time he resigned as Pastor of St. Edward’s and St. Paul’s Catholic Churches.

   Deacon Rick Paine has been assigned as Administrator, taking care of all duties and responsibilities, minus the sacraments - Mass and Reconciliation. Deacon Paine will continue his current assignment at Our Lady of the Lakes parishes in Nisswa, Pequot Lakes and Pine River.
