   Are you interested in some fall community-service? The Lake Country Nordic Ski Club will be having their annual Fall trail clean-up on Saturday, October 23rd starting at 9:30 a.m.  Meet at the “Goose Lake Skiing and Hiking” trailhead off County 5 (Woman Lake Road), located about 4 miles west of Longville. 

   Whether you ski in the winter or hike in the summer, volunteers of all abilities to help with the clean-up is appreciated. Plan for 2-4 hours of walking/ATV-riding, picking up sticks and enjoying the outdoors. If possible, bring any of the following:  ATV, chain saw, brush cutter, bow saw, loppers, hand-clippers and gloves.
