LongBow Senior Men’s Golf League Results

   The LongBow Senior Men’s League had 47 golfers forming 12 teams show up for action.

   League results for June 15 are:

   First place team, with a 195 included: Mark Nichols, 68; Tim Klosner, 69; Neil Mandsager, 71 and Dave Klosner, 72.

   In second place, with a 201, was the team of: Dave Fox, 69; Mike Savre, 72; Bob Savre, 74 and Ted Rother, 77.

   Third place ended in a tie with each team scoring a 202. Those teams included: Craig Severson, 68; Tim Bykowski, 69; Ray Zittlow, 76 and Roger Frank, 76 AND Randy Noecker, 68; Rod Bothast, 72; Mike Olson, 74 and Tom Novak, 74.

   The fifth place team, with a 203 included: Steve Plante, 69; Jim Zierden, 70; Ron Allar, 78 and Doug Hoopman, 79.

   Mike Savre earned the low gross with his 72, while low net of the day ended in a three-way tie between Craig Severson, Mark Nichols and Randy Noecker with their 86-18=68; 87-19=68 and 92-24=68 respectively.

   Neil Mandsager was closest to the pin on No. 12, at 5’4”, with Craig Anderson being closest to the pin on No. 17, at 5’ 0”. Tim Bykowski had the longest putt on No. 10, while Tom Novak had the longest putt on No. 13. 

   Chip-ins were made by Neil Mandsager (birdie) and Craig Anderson (par).
