Jim Turner, age 84, of Hackensack, Minnesota, died Tuesday, February 6th, 2018 in Farmington, Minnesota with his wife at his side. He was born May 3, 1933 to Leland and Florence Turner in Rockford, Illinois.

Jim was a social worker in Minnesota for 35 years. He enjoyed playing bridge, golfing, and nature at his home on Baby Lake.

Jim is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Myrna Corrine Turner; along with three children; Kevin (and Renee) Turner of San Diego, California, Cinda Current of Farmington, Minnesota, and Wendy Eberle of Grand Junction, Colorado; 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild; 1 brother, Roger (and Anne) Turner of California; and many other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leland and Florence Turner; his brother, Eugene Turner; and his grandson, Gabriel Turner.

Memorial services for Jim Turner will be held on Saturday, June 23rd, 2018 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Hackensack, MN at 11:00 am.[[In-content Ad]]
