I enjoy helping out at A Second Chance Thrift Store in Remer.

I have had vacation property in the area for 17 wonderful years and felt it was time to give back to the community. My fellow volunteer helpers at the store are great! Everybody there has different talents and skills to make the store work.

All our profits go directly for kids programs. That's who we work for. The local residents appreciate the help and go out of their way to be friendly. I have made many new friends. The people that donate to the store are very generous, too! It's fun and the kids need the help more that ever.
