Friday Aug. 16th, at Longville's Taste of Longville, the Ladies Auxiliary to the VFW Post 772 will be asking for your help to make their "Stockings for Soldiers" Christmas Project a success.

For $5 you can adopt a Christmas Stocking and write a message on a card and the Ladies Auxiliary will match your donation, fill the stocking with goodies, and ship it off in time for Christmas to a National Guard Service man or women serving in Afghanistan. The Unit we have adopted consists of 110 men and women from the Litchfield, Mn. National Guard.
