Ridgewood Senior Men's League results
In league play on Tuesday, June 7, 48 men made up 13 teams. The game was played in four flights with Stableford Scoring.
The first flight first place team, coming in with a 139, included: Terry Paul, 40; Mike Olson, 34; Geoff Harrison, 34 and Ed Hammersten, 31.
In the second flight, the first place team, coming in with a team total of 142, was the team of Bruce Black, 42; Tom Fisher, 35; Chuck Bowman, 33 and Jack Berg, 32.
Coming in first place in the third flight, and a team total of 132, was Dave Owen, 39; Bill Murray, 35; Bob Savre, 31 and Roger Frank, 27.
The fourth flight first place team, finishing with a 165, included: Max Stoutenburg, 46; Tim Klosner, 43; Hadley Hooker, 42; Gary Scherer, 34.
Most Stableford points were: Max Stoutenburg, with 46; Tim Klosner, with 43; Bruce Black, with 42; Terry Paul and Jerry Varner, each with 40; Dave Owen, Kenny Schleif, and Jim Lewis, each with 39; Mark Houghton, with 38 and Mark Eidenschink, with 37.
Low gross of the day went to Jerry Varner with an 82.
Low net went to Max Stoutenburg, with his 101-38=63.
Steve Plante was closest to the pin on No. 17, at 9' 9". Chuck Bowman had the longest putt on No. 9; Bill Murray had the longest putt on No. 10.
