Ralph was born in 1925 to Henry and Alma Thomas in Dodge Center, MN. He grew up in Dodge Center and attended school at Kasson until he was 9 years old and then to the Sate School at Owatonna. Ralph served in the U.S. Marine from 1942 until 1946. After his discharge, he settled in Rochester, MN and worked for Star Bread, Bunny Bread and then Continental Baking Company for 33 years, retiring in 1987. He was united in marriage to Joyce Ann Peterson in 1955. In 1989, Ralph moved to Remer, MN. He enjoyed stamp collecting, puzzles and lake living on Big Sand Lake.
Preceding him in death were his parents; his wife, Joyce; brother, Harvey Thomas; and his special lady and companion, Alvina Sharp.
Ralph is survived by three sisters, Arline Sepin of Dodge Center, MN, Mildred Bloyer of Remer, MN and Gladys Batdorf of Remer, MN; one brother, Luverne (Betty) Thomas of Swatara, MN; and many nieces and nephews
Per Ralph's request, no services will be held.
Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Remer, MN at a later date.
