Mildred "Millie" Bloyer, age 89, of Remer, MN passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 30, 2020 at Americare Lodge in Remer, MN.

Millie was born on September 1, 1930 in Rochester, MN. Her family moved to Remer in 1945. Millie worked at several businesses in Remer, including 33 years at the Remer Trading Post. Millie was married to Robert Bloyer on April 21, 1950. They were married 49 years, until Robert passed away in 1999.

Millie will be remembered for her smiling face and friendly visits with everyone she knew. She was a member of the Congregational Church in Remer, MN for over 50 years. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be missed greatly.

Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert; two brothers; and one sister.

Millie is survived by her son, Steven (Sharon) Bloyer of Remer; sister, Gladys Batdorf of Remer; brother, Luverne (Betty) Thomas of Shovel Lake, MN; grandson, Blake (Debie) Bloyer of Remer; three great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on August 15, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Fairview Cemetery, Remer. Rev. Bruce Pound will officiate.
