Memorial Services were held on Friday, December 14, 2012 at Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, Sauk Rapids, Minn., for Mary A. Peterson, age 56, who passed away Monday, Dec. 10, 2012, at her home in Longville.

Mary was born April 7, 1956 in St. Cloud, Minn., to Vincent & Clara (Zimmer) Guggenberger. She graduated in 1974 from Rocori High School in Cold Spring and in 1976 from St. Cloud Technical College as a Dental Assistant. For her birthday on April 7, 1989, she married Jeff Peterson. She worked as a Dental Assistant for Styles & Cotton since 1976. Mary enjoyed reading, needlepoint, gardening, camping, fishing, baking goodies for her brothers-in-law, spending time with family, and being at home in Longville.

Survivors include her husband, Jeff of Longville; son and daughter, Daniel of Clearwater and Jessica of Sauk Rapids; mother, Clara Guggenberger of Cold Spring; sister, Jean (Phil) Hill of California; niece and nephew, Emma Hill of California and Doug Hill of Jenkins, Minn.; and one grandchild on the way.
