Marjorie Irene Forbord, born in 1925 to Orrin and Olive Forbord in Boy River, MN. She attended High School in Boy River, where she remained for a majority of her life. Her greatest hobbies and joy was her family, gardening, cat, bird watching and baking her world-famous cookies. Marjorie was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church and a member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Boy River.

Marjorie is survived by her sisters: Barbra LaCroix of Wasilla, Alaska; Grace Pospichal of Federal Dam. Brother Gary John (Elaine) Forbord of Grand Rapids, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her brother, Orrin Forbord, and sisters Della Loff, Ardene Lego and Laura Knutson.

Visitation for Marjoire will be Monday, August 21, from 10:30 - 11 a.m. at Zion Lutheran Church, Boy River. She will be laid to rest at Zion Lutheran Cemetery at a later date.[[In-content Ad]]
