Lorin was born on September 12, 1933 in Vernon Center, MN to Carl and Marie (Klein) Neuenfeldt. His family moved to Northrop and he graduated from Fairmont High School. He married Carol Kruger on June 6, 1954 in Sherburn, MN. Lorin worked for 3M for 34 years as a Quality Assurance Supervisor. He realized his dream of owning a lake home in northern MN in 1990, when he and Carol retired to Longville. Lorin enjoyed golf, hunting, and fishing. He greatest joy was the love of his family.
Lorin is survived by his wife of 62 years, Carol; son, Douglas (Jane) Neuenfeldt of Anoka, MN, and their children, Amy (Nick) Fuhry and Scott (Melinda) Neuenfeldt; daughter, Kathleen Abrahamson, and her children, JeanAnn (Scott) Livesay and Richard (Heather) Abrahamson; great-grandchildren, Brandon, Preston, Trenton Fuhry, Caroline, Caleb, Cleo, Adrianna Day and Cody Livesay; siblings, Leonard Neuenfeldt of Mankato, MN, Elaine Rishchmiller of Andover, MN, Karen Hultquist of Eagan, MN, Don (Cindy) Neuenfeldt of Granada, MN, and Eileen (Ron) Hough of Goodyear, AZ. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Marie. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brenny Funeral Chapel in Pequot Lakes, MN.[[In-content Ad]]
