Ken was born in 1932 to Frank and Matilda Krussow in Minneapolis, MN. He attended high school in Osseo, MN and graduated from the University of Minnesota Agriculture School. Ken served his nation in the U.S. Army and was a proud veteran of the Korean Conflict. On February 18, 1956, he was united in marriage to Darlene Seiffert at the Remer Alliance Church and they lived in Osseo until 1965 when they moved to Remer. Ken was the Thunder Lake Township clerk for 35 years as well as being a self employed carpenter.
He was a member of the Congregational Church for 16 years and he loved the outdoors, especially fishing and hunting.
Preceding him in death were his parents; and brother, Orrin Krussow.
Ken is survived by his wife of 59 years, Darlene; a daughter, Wendy Krussow (John Nuhlicek) of Hudson, WI; two sons, Randy (Amy) Krussow of Cottage Grove, MN and Bradley (Heather) Krussow of Little Canada, MN; 9 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held Sat., October 10 at 1 p.m. at the Congregational Church in Remer, MN. Rev. Bruce Pound will officiate. Inurnment will be in Fairview Cemetery, Remer at a later date.
