Judith Mabel Kelley, age 73, of Remer, MN passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her loving family on Monday, December 24, 2018. Judy was born on July 12, 1945 to Oscar and Marguerite (McQuay) Johnson in Boy River, MN. Judy was united in marriage to Gerald Kelley on November 28, 1964. Judy and Jerry moved to Remer in 1971 where they raised their family.

Judy loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Judy loved having her grandchildren come for a visit and loved to hear all about their lives. Judy loved gardening and took great pride in her gardens.

Judy is survived by a son, Troy (Alicia) Kelley; and daughter, Tracy (Bob) Ahlbom of Remer; eight grandchildren; five great grandchildren; sister, Sally Kline of New Brighton, MN; and brother, Tim (Betty) Goose of Laporte, MN. Judy is preceded in death by her loving husband, Jerry; parents, Oscar and Marguerite Johnson; brothers, Raymond, Dale, and David Johnson; and sisters Pearl Neururer and Verna Goose Blessing.

Visitation with the family will be Saturday, December 29, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. Memorial Service at the Congregational Church in Remer, MN. Rev. Bruce Pound will officiate.
