John fought a long, hard battle against many medical issues including Parkinson's and cancer. His sense of humor and determination were an inspiration to many people. His greatest joy was spending time with friends and family, mini golf, fishing and challenging anyone to a great game of cribbage.
John is survived by his wife of 23 plus years (together for 37 years), Mary E., his mother Pat, siblings Bill (Angie) Bailey, Peg Bittle, Dan (Judy) Bailey, Jim (Carlene) Bailey, Sue (Joe) Wischnewski, brother-in-law Oscar (Karen) Nyvall; 14 nephews and nieces (including two God Daughters) and 12 great nephews and nieces.
An open house celebration of John's life for family and friends will be held on his birthday, July 3 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at 11 Ridge Road, Esko, MN.[[In-content Ad]]
