Jerald Joseph Brenhofer - He lived life as abundantly as possible. Heart disease defeated Jerry at 73 on January 20th after a long struggle in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida surrounded by Sue and their loving children Jolie Kim Matheson and Jason Brenhofer. Alumna of Cretin High School and University of Saint Thomas. Jerry spent his career as a CPA, CFO and CEO with several Twin Cities firms.

Greatly missed by Victor Matheson, Sturbridge, MA; Julie Devillbiss Brenhofer, Chicago, IL; grandchildren Sereina Brenhofer, Lara Sage and Alexandra Kim Matheson, Caroline, Charles and Patrick Flood, and his sister Sandra Mathe and Joe Harding, along with many nieces and nephews.

He cherished his many friends, both young and old, and he enjoyed sharing his big boy toys! Welcoming him will be his parents Leonard and Lorayne Brenhofer and Juno, his best friend and hunting dog. Sue believes that 'some day, somewhere, we will find a new way of living, goodbye for now.' Celebration of life gathering after snow melts and before mosquitoes arrive!
