James John Kosloski

b. Nov. 14, 1935 d. July 2, 2011

James John Kosloski, 75, of Lake Inguadona, near Longville, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, July 2, 2011 at his home.

Jim was born November 14, 1935 in St. Cloud, Minnesota to Albin and Anna (Novak) Kosloski. He grew up and attended school in Foley, Minnesota. On July 3, 1956 he and Joanne Kuffel were married in Gilman, Minnesota and they made their home in Minneapolis. Jim worked for Stremmel Manufacturing as a welder for the next 45 years until his retirement in 2000. That same year he and Joanne moved north to Lake Inguadona where they lived the last eleven years. Jim enjoyed hunting, fishing, helping his neighbors, and all the benefits of living on the lake. He will be remembered for his good sense of humor and his love of family, especially his grandchildren and great granddaughters.[[In-content Ad]]

Jim is survived by his wife Joanne, children; Jesse (Susan) Kosloski, Jennifer (Gary) Beal, Jay (Elizabeth) Kosloski, Joyce (Kraig) Rudolph, Sr., Jacqueline (Randy) Batten, John (Lisa) Kosloski, Joan (Douglas) Gillette, 13 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, sister Judy (Roy) Kosloski, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, grandson Joseph, three brothers, Cliff, Robert, Richard and sister Pauline.

Funeral Mass was held at 10:00 a.m., on Friday, July 8, 2011 at the St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Gilman, Minn. Inurnment was at at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Cemetery.
