Follow history or be history!
To the Editor,
RAAS started with a used Packard hearse and a handful of volunteers, and has grown to have two modern ambulances and 24 volunteers. It's now the only volunteer ambulance service still operating in Cass County.
We are a group who is proud to call ourselves "Volunteers" and we'd like to stay that way. To do that we need you to come forward and volunteer for your community. The benefits for doing this are more than we can count. Sure, there's a little compensation involved, but we find it priceless to be able to assist someone in their moment of need, or to be able to react in a crisis with calm confidence. What a great feeling it is to know what to do to help!
If you would consider being part of a great volunteer organization, we would love to have you. Please call 218-566-2353, ext. 2109 for information about the EMT/First Responder class starting in April.[[In-content Ad]]
