Faye V. Mergen, age 75, of Remer, MN, passed away Monday, June 8, 2015 at her home. Faye was born in 1939 to Harold and Lillian Anderson in Minneapolis, MN. She was a homemaker who enjoyed making quilts and crocheting. Faye loved her dogs and was a musher recreationally for many years.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, John; daughter, Josett; brothers Billy, Frank, and Lloyd; and sister, Carol.

Faye is survived by her daughter, Marie Mergen-Lemieux (Sam); and grandson, Michael Mergen all of Remer, MN; sister, Dorothy Synsteby of Caliente, NV; and brother Donald Anderson of Toledo, OH.

Visitation will be Saturday, June 13 from 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Paul's Catholic Church in Remer, MN. Fr. Keith Bertram will officiate. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Remer.
