Faith in Action for Cass County is making a difference in Central Minnesota. To date in 2013, 104 volunteers served 195 people in Cass County, primarily the elderly, disabled and families in crisis. These volunteers provided more than 1000 rides, delivered over 3000 meals-on-wheels to remote locations, and spent over 425 hours providing respite for caregivers to get a break. As "Neighbors Helping Neighbors," Faith in Action volunteers are true community angels.

Faith in Action is honoring the Christmas season with an Angel Tree. Donations made to Faith in Action before the holidays can be dedicated in honor of, or in memory of, someone you love and care for. These dedications are written upon a special angel ornament that decorates a tree in the Faith in Action office in Hackensack. 100% of donations support the volunteer services of Faith in Action.

Faith in Action volunteers serve others by providing friendly visits, respite, meal delivery, homemaking, chores, minor home repair, ramp building, and transportation to medical appointments, grocery store, food shelf or other errands. Faith in Action for Cass County is a community volunteer program relying on local support for service referrals, volunteers and financial support.
