The second half had the Eagles push the lead up to ten quickly and the Eagle defense would not let the Vikings get closer than eight for the remainder of the game as they pushed the lead to 68-50 with just over two minutes left in the game. The Vikings would score the game's final seven points to make the final look closer than the game was 68-57.
Leading the way for the Eagles in scoring were, Justin Wicks -20, Cooper Kovall-18 and Zach Greene with 10.

Travelling to Walker on Tuesday, November 25 to face the Wolves and the teams third straight game, the Eagles ran into a Wolves team that played more aggressive and with more passion than the Eagles. The Wolves jumped out to a quick 13-0 lead and never looked back, leading 47-22 at half and finished with a 81-38 victory over the Eagles.
Coach Carlson commented after the game, "When we play poor defensively and turn the ball over as much as we did, that is the outcome."
Zach Greene led the Eagles with 10 on the night with Kovall chipping in seven and Marcus Woods adding seven of his own.

With a game on Monday, December 1 in Carlton and then just over a week until the December 9 game against Hill City, the team will have some practice time to address the defensive woes that occurred as they head into the Christmas break.
