Dr. Marshall retires, office hours change
To the Editor,
Dr. Marshall helped lead the Grand Rapids Veterinary Clinic into the 21st century by facilitating the expansion of the clinic, both to its current location in Grand Rapids and in establishing a satellite clinic in Longville. He helped in achieving accreditation status by the American Animal Hospital Association in 2001.
We will greatly miss Dr. Bill's great sense of humor and exceptional veterinary skills. He has formed many lasting friendships and memories in his 30 plus years of veterinary practice. If we can convince him to occasionally give up a day of gardening, fishing, hunting, traveling or grandfathering, he may come and "fill-in" for us once in awhile. So, if you are fortunate to be here on one of those days, feel free to congratulate him on a well deserved retirement.
Due to current doctor staffing, the new hours at the Longville Office will be Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. year round. The clinic will no longer be open on Thursdays during the months of April-August. We hope this is not an inconvenience to anyone and perhaps in the coming years we will be able to provide expanded hours again.
The entire staff would like to congratulate Dr. Bill on his retirement and thank him for his many years of dedication to the clinic.[[In-content Ad]]
