REMER - Catherine Cora Bye, of Remer, Minn., went to be with her Heavenly Father on December 21, 2010.

Survived by her husband of 60 years, Richard and her nine children: Gary (Sally), Nancy Lawson (John), Tom (Linda Carter), Dan (Pam), Jeff (Nancy), Janice Aziz (Hyder), Steve (Mary), Carol Groenke (Dan), John (Tracy); 25 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; sister, Virginia Ferrara, and sister-in-law MaryAnn Tompkins. Many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Cathy and Dick lived in Minnetonka before retiring to their home on Upper Trelipe Lake, near Remer in 1992. She enjoyed her church, birds/wildlife, endless games of yahtzee, cribbage and weekend visits with her children and grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved her.

Memorial service to be held Wednesday, December 29, 2010, 11 a.m., at St. Edwards Catholic Church in Longville, Mn. Visitation one hour prior.

Memorials may be directed to American Cancer Society or American Heart Association.
