Cass County flu shot clinics announced
• Monday-1-2 p.m. at Four Seasons Apartments, 225 First St. NW, Cass Lake.
• Tuesday-9-11 a.m. at Lake May Center, 508 Eighth St. NW, Walker.
• Tuesday-12:30-2:30 p.m. at Young at Heart Club, 150 Pond Lane, Longville.
• Sept. 28-10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at The Warehouse, 307 Norway Ave., Pine River.
• Oct. 3-Noon-5:30 p.m. at Cass County Health, Human and Veterans Services Building, 400 Michigan Ave., Walker.
• Oct. 5-9-11 a.m. at Cass County Government Building, 218 Washburn Ave. E, Backus.
• Oct. 10-12:30-3 p.m. at The HUB (former senior center), 213 First St., Hackensack.
• Oct. 11-1:30-2:30 p.m. at Pillager Family Center, 305 First Ave., Pillager.
Cost for the flu shot is $25. Those who have insurance must bring their insurance card to the clinic. Medicare eligible people must have Medicare Part B. The county is unable to bill Manage Medicare HMO's like Unicare or Humana.
Flu vaccine will be available for uninsured or underinsured children utilizing Minnesota Vaccines for Children at a $5 cost for administration.
Anyone older than 6 months can be vaccinated.
