Carol was born March 26, 1929 in Joliet, Ill., to William and Beatrice (Coyer) Price. She grew up and attended school in Joliet, graduating from Joliet Township High School. On March 24, 1951 she was married to Richard Kramer and they continued living in Joliet where they raised their family.
Carol loved the lake country of northern Minnesota so in 1994 she and Richard moved north to Longville where they have lived and enjoyed the last 17 years. Carol always looked forward to any time she could spend fishing, and was many times reluctant to come in off the lake at the end of the day. She also was a seamstress, and was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post 772 Sewing Club, and the Longville Lions club. She was also a member of the Longville Community Church. Most of all she was a committed and dedicated wife and mother.
Carol is survived by her husband of 60 years, Richard Kramer; son, Richard B. Kramer; three grandchildren; a brother, Merrill Price and wife Shirley of Washington.
She was preceded in death by her parents William and Beatrice (Coyer) Price, and son Gary.
