Bradley Joel Kleman, age 67, passed away peacefully at his home after a heroic battle with cancer October 5 surrounded by family and friends. Brad was born in Minneapolis to Elsie and Don Kleman. He graduated from Northland HS in Remer, MN, and earned a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of MN, Duluth. Brad's career started out as a salesman for Keebler lasting for 27 years in Duluth before joining KCI performing sales and service of durable medical devices in area hospitals. After retirement, Brad had a third career helping his son Matt start-up and run his ground-breaking Natrapeutics medical business in Bozeman.

Brad's passions in life included fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, skiing, four-wheeling, mountain biking, mountain snow blowing, Hawaiian beaches, blues music, Jerry Garcia, and being a proud farmer with his son Matt. By far his biggest pride and joy in life was his family. He always had time to teach, give advice, conspire crazy adventures, and tell many funny stories to his children Matt & Amy and many grandkids. Brad lived his life with ferocious passion using each one of his nine lives to the fullest. Despite much adversity, he always said "Keep smiling."

Brad was preceded in death by his father Don Kleman, his brother in law Dan Glibbery, his nephew Liam Kortemier, and best four-legged friends Jessie and Koa.

Brad is survived by son Matthew (Kristy) Kleman and grandkids Keaton, Marley and Eden of Bozeman, MT; daughter Amy (Corey) Musel and grandkids Carter, Emma and Brooks of Babbitt, MN; mother Elsie Kleman of Aurora, MN; brother Tom Kleman and nephew Jacob of Remer, MN; sister Donelle (Gary) Kortemeier and niece Sofia and nephews Conner and Lain of St. Francis, MN; and ex spouse Beth (Tim) Anderson née Glibbery. Brad is also blessed with long-time dear friend and angelic protector Mamie Hughes of Duluth. Brad is survived by many wonderful friends from Duluth, Bozeman, Remer and the Twin Cities, and four-legged companion Taffy.

Brad will be remembered at a private service in Remer.

A "What a long strange trip it's been" memorial party celebrating Brad's life is pending for next summer.

Memorials in lieu of flowers can be sent to Amy Musel, 58 Birch Blvd, Babbit, MN 55706, or The Duluth Cremation Society, 4100 Grand Ave, Duluth, MN 55807[[In-content Ad]]
