Belva D. Lund, age 62, of Hill City, MN, formerly of Longville, MN, passed away on Saturday, March 12, 2016 at Grand Village in Grand Rapids, MN.

Belva was born on September 11, 1953 in Volga, Iowa to Shirley (Moser) and Orville Bonjour. She went to school in Volga until 1966 when the family moved to Monticello, IA. She graduated High School in Anamosa in 1972. She met and married Ronald Lund in 1974. They lived in Belton, MO, where Ronald was stationed in the Air Force. In May of 1975, they moved to Minnesota. In 1984 they moved back to Anamosa. After retirement in 1995, they returned to Minnesota.

Belva was a crafter and got involved with many different projects. She loved the outdoors, fishing, gardening and raising flowers.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Ronald; sisters: Bonnie Chappell of Monticello, IA and Brenda Crowley of Anamosa, IA; her brother, Doug Bonjour of Monticello, IA. She will be very missed by two dear friends, Virgil Pofahl and Robert Holling.

Belva was preceded in death by her daughter, Leeanna; her parents, Shirley and Orville; her sister, Betty and brother, Virgil.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at the Dennis Funeral Home in Walker, MN with visitation one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery in Longville. Services provided by Dennis Funeral Home of Longville and Walker (www.dennisfuneralhome.com).
