Anthony A. Franscone died Ocober 24, 2016 at home with family at his side. "Longtime civil servant finally gone to rest in that big bureaucracy in the sky. Loved by many, hated by some, envied by all. My life was a tapestry of all that could go wrong in the human body. Adored husband of Barb, father to Dawn and T.J. Has many nieces and nephews. Loved the outdoors."
