Aimee had lots of interests in her life. She had found that she enjoyed gardening, cooking, being crafty-there was always something she was trying whether it was knitting, stenciling, or any number of other things. Aimee was always willing to try something new and learn. She spent many years working and going to school and had finally reached her dream of becoming a nurse practitioner. Aimee had a fun side- she liked Perry the Platypus, joking and kidding, concerts and music in general. You never knew what genre would pop up next on her playlists. She was a kind person with a big heart. Aimee loved working in the community and held state offices in the Jaycees for many years. She was always willing to listen and give whatever she could to whoever needed it. One of her passions was reading as one could attest by the mountains of books we have. Boxer dogs were her favorite and Rocket will miss her terribly, like all of us. Most of all, she was a great mother to her three kids and to many of their friends and a great companion and wife.
Family that Aimee has been reunited with are her father; Frank Packard, grandma; Irma Depew, great grandma Depew and her uncle; Ed Depew.
Those she leaves behind to forever cherish her memory are her husband; Mark Spitzack of Walker, children; Caitlyn, Elijah and Nicholas Spitzack all of Walker, mother; Beverly (Daniel Arbogast) Packard of Neoga, IL, brother; Michael (Melissa) Packard of Neoga, IL, nephew; Steven Packard, father-in-law; Les (Stephanie Freeman) Spitzack, mother-in-law; Kathi (Perry) Kohn, sister-in-law; Michelle (Greg) Tostenson, other relatives and many friends.
