LongBow Women’s Golf League results

   On Wednesday, August 11, the LongBow Ladies Golf League had 21 ladies join in for a day of golf. 

   The ladies played the game of the day, “Cha Cha Cha” with the following walking away as winners.

   In first place, with a 117, was the team of Laura Mayer, Patty Nypower, Hope Olson and Dora Driver.

  The second place team, with a 125, included Louise Hay, Kathy Newton, Diane Peukert and Patty Putter. 

   Third place, with a 127, was the team of Karen Cochran, Jeanne Major, Harriet Mouw and Laura Varner.

   Pat Roush captured low gross with her 87 while Diane Peukert took home low net with her 67. 

   Hole No. 3 seemed to be the hole to chip-in this week with both Patty Nypower and Pat Roush performing this feat, and both of them doing it for a birdie. Roush also scored a birdie on hole 2.
