Debra L. Lignar, age 58, of Grand Rapids, MN passed away Monday, January 21, 2019 at her home surrounded by family.
Debra was born February 27, 1960 in Tacoma, WA. Debra graduated from Remer High School and attended college in Mankato before moving to Florida. Debra and Brad Lignar were united in marriage on April 5, 1997. Brad and Debra owned and operated a landscaping business in Weeki Wachee, FL. Debra moved to Grand Rapids in May 2018 to be closer to family and continue her care. Debra also loved going to NASCAR races, on cruises and visiting family.
Preceding her in death were her grandparents; first husband David Green; sister, Cheri; brother, Joe; and nephew, Jason.
Debra is survived by her parents, Clarence and Judy Hopkins; husband, Brad; daughter, Trish (Kyle) Gomes; son, Chris (Nikki) Green; sisters, Lori (Greg) Wydra and Tami (Steve) Perconte; brothers, John (LeAnn) Hopkins, Lance (Christy) Hopkins; Chris (Julie) Hopkins; and six grandchildren.
