Approval of Agenda: M/S/P Starr, Seivert
Approval of Consent Agenda: M/S/P Starr, Seivert to approve following: Minutes of previous City Council Meeting, Cash Control Statement, FDSP Billing, & Expense Reports, FDSP Customer Balance Summary, Approval of Claims & Payroll, Receipts and Disbursements.
Citizen Petitions, Request:
Discussion concerning differences of form 1099 and W-4 for income tax for City Maintenance worker.
Update for Intuit Quickbooks plus annual subscription purchased for 2018.
Mark Saunders was reimbursed for six UV lamps and necessary equipment for the Treatment Plant.
Update to 7 Fifth Ave W. The easement that was signed was not where the sewer was installed. No charges will be applied for that parcel until it is in use.
FDSP Memo created for citizens concerning special assessment. Once a special assessment has been applied/ certified at the County level, it has to be paid to Cass County.
Isle Harbor/ Bog Road update: The City Council has been advised by the City attorney that the files sent to him by the City have been reviewed. There is still an issue as to whether the road is, in fact, a City Street. This is complicated by the fact that part of the road is not within City limits and therefore outside the City's jurisdiction.
The estimate for the repairs to the City Hall was received and forwarded to the Insurance Company.
3 3rd Ave E: The Clerk/ Treasurer determined the cost to the City for the neglected dogs was $1,006.91

The City has not received any Liquor License applications, and Buyer's cards have not been issued from the Alcohol and Gambling division of the MN Department of Public Safety.
The next City Council meeting is May 12, 2018 at 5:30p.m.
