Dee Oliver is on the steering committee for One Loaf at a Time. She will be facilitating the meeting and co-presenting with Allison Burkman, the Safe Harbor Northwest Regional Navigator based out of Support Within Reach in Northern Minnesota. During Burkman's time at graduate school at Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia, she was an intern at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children where she found her interest in fighting against human sex trafficking. Allison then wanted to return to her home state of Minnesota and has been with Support Within Reach for 10 months and is passionate about her role as navigator because she is able to raise awareness and educate others on this issue.
The meeting cost is $5. This is an evening meeting so please bring an appetizer or beverage to share. For questions, please contact Lynnette Tripp at email@example.com.
